Welcome to NelgoFlow, a service provided by NelgoMedia, LLC (“NelgoMedia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NelgoFlow, NelgoMedia.com, and related features and services.

By accessing or using NelgoFlow, you agree to these Terms.

1. ABOUT NELGOFLOW

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

3. SOCIAL MEDIA CONNECTIONS

NelgoFlow may allow you to connect third-party services such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms.

By connecting a third-party account, you authorize NelgoFlow to access information and perform actions that you specifically approve through that platform’s authorization process.

Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, permissions, and technical limitations.

NelgoMedia does not control the availability, functionality, approval processes, or policies of third-party platforms.

4. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of the content, images, videos, information, and other materials you provide to NelgoFlow.

You grant NelgoMedia the limited permission necessary to process, store, display, and use that content solely to provide the NelgoFlow service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and publish any content you upload, create, connect, or distribute through NelgoFlow.

5. AI-ASSISTED CONTENT

NelgoFlow may use artificial intelligence to help generate, revise, organize, analyze, or suggest content.

AI-generated suggestions are provided as tools and should be reviewed before publishing.

You remain responsible for confirming the accuracy, appropriateness, legality, and suitability of any content you choose to use or publish.

NelgoFlow is designed to avoid inventing unsupported facts, but AI-generated content may still contain errors or require human review.

6. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use NelgoFlow to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate others, distribute malicious software, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, abuse third-party platforms, or create or distribute unlawful or fraudulent content.

You may not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, exploit, or interfere with NelgoFlow or its underlying systems.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Pricing, billing frequency, included features, trial terms, and cancellation options will be disclosed before purchase.

Third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, AI services, internet outages, maintenance, or other factors may temporarily affect functionality.

NelgoFlow is provided on an “as available” basis.

NelgoMedia does not guarantee specific marketing results, audience growth, engagement levels, revenue, search rankings, social media performance, or business outcomes.

Recommendations, analytics, AI-generated content, and visibility tools are provided for informational and operational assistance and do not constitute professional legal, financial, or other regulated advice.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NelgoMedia, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of NelgoFlow.

This includes losses resulting from third-party platform changes, account restrictions, content publication, service interruptions, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated suggestions.

12. TERMINATION

You may stop using NelgoFlow at any time.

NelgoMedia may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, third-party systems, or to address violations of these Terms.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms as NelgoFlow evolves.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
